Delete your Footy account
Footy: Juggle & Ball Skills (Android and iPhone). You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Footy and tap Profile.
- Tap the gear to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete to confirm, then confirm it is you with the same Google or Apple sign-in you used.
The deletion happens straight away. You do not need to contact us.
Option 2: by email, if you no longer have the app
Email tigheckard@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Footy account and tell us:
- The display name shown on your Footy leaderboard profile.
- How you signed in (Google or Apple) and the email address of that Google or Apple account, so we can find the account. Do not send passwords.
- Your team name or invite code, if you joined a team (optional, it helps us find you).
Send it from the email address on the account if you can. If we cannot match the request to an account we may reply to ask a question. We delete the account within 30 days of a request that we can verify, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted

| Reports you made about other players | May be kept for moderation (they contain your account ID but no other personal details) and are deleted when no longer needed |
| Training, runs and settings saved on your phone | Not on our servers. They stay on the phone until you clear the app's storage or uninstall Footy. |
| Camera video | Never stored or sent. The camera is analysed on the phone while you play. |
Things we cannot delete for you
- Footy Plus subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Google Play: Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Footy > Cancel (or on iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Payment records are kept by Google or Apple.
- Copies of your score that a friend shared outside Footy (for example a screenshot or player card).
